CDylan Barrett, a dedicated baseball enthusiast, has been immersed in the sport since childhood. From the tender age of 6 until he turned 21, Dylan honed his skills on the diamond. Graduating from Desert Ridge High School in East Mesa, where he played for all four years, he distinguished himself by earning the title of 5A First Team All-State in his senior year. Transitioning to Scottsdale Community College, Dylan spent the subsequent two years as a versatile outfielder and pitcher. Alongside his brother, who enjoyed a professional baseball career spanning multiple MLB teams, Dylan trained rigorously.
Years later, Dylan finds himself married with three children. Even with the responsibilities of family life, his passion for baseball remains undiminished. Determined to impart his knowledge and expertise to the next generation of players, Dylan aspires to coach young athletes, preparing them for success both on and off the field. Reflecting on the positive influence of his own coaches, Dylan hopes to leave a similarly lasting impact on those he mentors.

Cameron is very excited about the opportunity to coach for the Rattlers baseball program and has very high expectations for his athletes and parents on and off the field. Coach Cameron prides himself on teaching players to have fun and play loose, while providing a platform to learn the IQ of the game. It is also critical for us coaches to groom these baseball players into young gentlemen, and that is very important to Cameron.
