I grew up as a multi sport athlete playing baseball, soccer and boxing. I have spent the last 4 years coaching Little League and Pony League Baseball in Queen Creek. Previously I had experience as an assistant coach for multiple high school soccer and baseball teams in Las Vegas.

My philosophy as a coach is to believe in hard work as it builds strong character. I love the quote from Derek Jeter! “there may be people that have more talent than you but there is no excuse for anyone to work harder than you do”.

The name on the front of the jersey represents who we play for, but the name on the back represents who raised us. As a coach I want to make sure both names are represented well everyday, win or loose.

Jeremy StalterAssistant Coach

Coach Stalter grew up in the small town of Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ and attended Blue Ridge High School where he was a multi-sport athlete in both Baseball and Football. The passion for the game always stayed with him as he played baseball/softball recreationally and competitively until he began coaching youth baseball and football teams. His passion for coaching youth sports took sail five years ago upon the adoption of his son who is actively involved in the towns sports teams.

Coach Stalter believes that players/young men can be “professionals” at any stage of life. He trusts that being passionate, positive, and hardworking will lead to progress and success. His Rattlers coaching motto is “The difference between an amateur and a professional is, an amateur practices until they can get it right and a professional practices until they cannot get it wrong”. Coach Stalter is ready to work, have fun and “be professional”.
