I grew up as a multi sport athlete playing baseball, soccer and boxing. I have spent the last 4 years coaching Little League and Pony League Baseball in Queen Creek. Previously I had experience as an assistant coach for multiple high school soccer and baseball teams in Las Vegas.

My philosophy as a coach is to believe in hard work as it builds strong character. I love the quote from Derek Jeter! “there may be people that have more talent than you but there is no excuse for anyone to work harder than you do”.

The name on the front of the jersey represents who we play for, but the name on the back represents who raised us. As a coach I want to make sure both names are represented well everyday, win or loose.

Coach Stalter grew up in the small town of Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ and attended Blue Ridge High School where he was a multi-sport athlete in both Baseball and Football. The passion for the game always stayed with him as he played baseball/softball recreationally and competitively until he began coaching youth baseball and football teams. His Rattlers coaching motto is “The difference between an amateur and a professional is, an amateur practices until they can get it right and a professional practices until they cannot get it wrong”. Coach Flores was born in Arizona but raised in Colorado. He went to a class 5A School and played several different sports, however Basketball and Track originally stole his heart. As luck would have it none of his boys felt the same, as they all gravitated towards baseball. With that being said, he has spent the last 8 years helping coach Little League, Pony League and Club Baseball, and he can honestly say they have been the BEST years spent. He enjoys watching not only his kids but his players grow over the years as they reach each next level of this amazing sport! If he could only teach one thing to an athlete it would be that you can have all the talent in the world, but your dreams do not become reality just because you have talent, it takes sweat, determination and hard work. As Coach Flores would say, “Dig Deep and when you think you can’t dig any deeper, keep digging!”
